Part-Time Administrative Assistant Job Posting Burton Avenue United Church is currently looking for a local part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position primarily supports the Minister of Word, Sacrament and Pastoral Care, but also provides support to other staff, the Church Board and our growing Congregation. Work is primarily done onsite in the BAUC office, although work from home may be required from time to time. Regular hours of work are Monday through Thursday 9 -1. Level of pay: $20 to $25 per hour commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Be a confident, self-starter with dynamic communication (written and verbal) and strong organization skills,
Ability to work independently and within teams of various sizes,
Demonstrated excellence in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), database use and management, and Mailchimp
Respect confidentiality at all times,
Strict adherence to deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
